Mo Ice is an industry leader in ice delivery within the New York metropolitan area. They deliver bagged ice, block ice and dry ice to both retail and commercial customers. Their attention to detail, account supervision, inventory levels and customer service is incomparable. The equipment provided to their wholesale partners is maintained to impeccable standards. Their major customers are Walgreens, 7-11, Compare Foods and McDonald’s—to name a few.

Where Is It?

Their corporate offices are located in Mamaroneck, New York but the main action takes place in the South Bronx.

What was the Problem?

Mo Ice was facing a challenge in generating sufficient call volume and site traffic, and they also wanted to enhance their brand awareness through social media.

How did I Solve It?

To accomplish our primary objective of increasing call volume and site traffic, we launched Google search campaigns targeting relevant keywords searched in New York City and surrounding areas

To accomplish our secondary objective of increasing brand awareness, we launched Facebook campaigns targeting key demographics.

Mo Ice is an ice distribution company servicing New York City and surrounding areas. Mo Ice presented us with two objectives. The primary objective was to increase call volume and site traffic. Their secondary objective was to increase brand awareness through social media.

Solutions

To accomplish the primary objective of increasing call volume and site traffic, Google search campaigns were launched Google search campaigns targeting relevant keywords searched in New York City and surrounding areas. Facebook campaigns were also launched targeting key demographics.

What was the Result?

The Google search campaigns drove clicks at 21% of the industry average cost per click. During Fall 2018, the search campaigns produced over 640 site visitors, over 160 calls and a projected $40,000 in extra business.

Mo Ice’s Facebook following grew 500% and our ads reached over 11,000 people.
